WHO WE ARE
Formed in 1996, we at Flexographic Plate Plan have always sought to invest in the future of our company by using the latest technology in both our software and hardware. We were the first company in the Republic of Ireland who added an Esko Graphics Cyrel Digital Imager (CDI) and a Du Pont Cyrel Fast System to our workflow, which enabled us to produce digital flexo and letterpress plates of the highest quality (holding a 0.2% dot on plate). In the last 3 years we've introduced Esko Automated Engine (AE). Automation Engine comes with extensive business system integration capabilities and is highly scalable. Not only does this make AE the heart of any size pre-press production operation, but also ensures the right information is fed to the right system at the right time. It enables unparalleled workflow automation with rock-solid quality control. Automation Engine ensures increased efficiency throughout and saves time and money. It is, by all standards, an exceptional answer to the daily challenges of print professionals who need to increase quality, reduce errors and drive cost out of the process. We are now able to produce plates that can print a quality very close to high-end Litho. Along with our new investment we run a double day shift from: 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
